Rebecca joins Love Rowing following a successful career to date in a variety of sport sector roles. Rebecca has worked in sports development in local government, national governing bodies of sport, and more recently as a Senior Consultancy Manager at Sport Structures. All of her roles have held a golden thread of tackling inequalities including leading the charge for the inclusion of women in Olympic Boxing. Rebecca is passionate about diversity and achieving inclusion sport to enable everyone to enjoy the social outcomes that sport can bring. Rebecca also has charity experience, recently forming and developing the Richard Whitehead Foundation enabling disabled people's ambitions.
The trustees look forward to working with Rebecca to drive further growth and take the charity to the next level.
