A fantastic setting and a very special evening. Friends and supporters joined us at the Houses of Parliament to learn more about how Love Rowing is transforming lives through the sport, as well as hear our plans to support more people in more places across the UK over the next twelve months.
A huge thank you to our speakers, Stephen Peel from Infinity Boat Club, Ben Cox from The GORSE Academies Trust and Ségolène Méheust (she/her) from Lea Rowing Club, Hackney, London, who all spoke so passionately.
And an equally huge thank you to Irwin Mitchell for sponsoring the evening and giving us a chance to share our story. It was a pleaure to hear from former Olympian, Elise Sherwell on her experience of the sport and why she feels so passionately about giving back.
If you would like to understand more about how Love Rowing is transforming lives through rowing and make a donation, please take a look at our project impact report and articles and you can donate directly on the website. We really appreciate your support which makes a huge difference to our clubs and communities.
