The Big Row celebrates inclusive rowing initiatives across the UK, led by clubs, schools and organisations. We have raised over £40,000 for inclusive rowing initiatives across the country.
This could be a state school project for children in communities who could benefit most, or a community initiative to encourage people with disabilities to try rowing, or funding adaptive equipment that means someone can row that otherwise would not be able to.
To help grow the sport
We know you love rowing and so do we! However rowing needs to be more diverse. So let's promote the inclusive projects already out there, create more awareness in the media and get more people involved!
To promote your club
By signing up for The Big Row, we will promote your club. During the Big Row month Love Rowing will showcase inclusive rowing projects across the country. If you are already running an inclusive programme, please get in touch as we would love to highlight your brilliant work.
To give back
Because we all care! Seeing some of the amazing projects already taking place with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who would never have had the opportunity before, is so rewarding.
To get your money back!
All clubs and schools who raise over £500 will be guaranteed 50% of their raised funds back to put towards an inclusive project of theirs.
